...to get a post in for this month's NaBloPoMo.
Basically this Saturday was a complete 180 from last week Saturday. This is the first free minute I've pretty much had all day to get a post in. So since it's after 11 pm and I'm dead dog tired, I'm going to keep it short and sweet.
Today I got up at oh'dark thirty to go to the grocery store with one of my BFFs after getting only three hours of sleep (I was up wrapping MIB's Christmas presents last night). After about an hour and a half in the store, I took her home, brought my groceries home, put them up, and got ready for my next event.
I went to a home ownership seminar today. It was really interesting and made me think about what I am doing with my money and what I really want in the next year. I've got a lot of work to do and realized that I need to get back on the couponing game.
After the three hour seminar (it's only 1:30 now) I had to come back home and take my mom and MIB to the beauty shop. Mom got a wash, set, and dye and MIB got her ends trimmed. Her first visit to the beautician and I think that she's going to break me in that area lol.
Once MIB's ends were trimmed, I took a trip to the store (again) and Sally's to get some Hair One cleanser (LOVE THAT STUFF), and Walgreen's to get some paper products and MIB's Christmas gift to my mom, and back to the beautician to pick up mom. Then we got home, I laid down for about 20 minutes, went and got McDonald's (I suck lmao), ate, did some work from home for about two hours, and remembered that I forgot today's post!
Damn I need another lazy ass Saturday like last week lol.
YOU are a busy woman! :) But busy is good and kudos to you for looking to your future, making plans and setting goals. More young women should do the same. And yes.. Once your little girl goes into a salon you might as well start saving like you're saving for her college fund.. It's a never ending indulgence but.. One that every little girl deserves, and us big girls too! I can't believe you're so on top of Christmas. I haven't even started wrapping!

DeleteI already am trying to find a second job because MIB is a diva x 1000 lol...She has to accessorize with the bracelets, purses, shoes...I don't even dress that well!
And she's going back to her ballet class next month...new ballet bag and slippers and leotards. I need to win the lottery lmao. And I HAD to be on top of the Christmas shopping/wrapping this year...you've seen my day lmao.
Good luck on the wrapping...send the kids to a friend's or family member's house for a little while with movies, a pizza or two, and some snacks so you can get it done and return the favor to them!
